The EZ8 Running  Boot Camp is an 4 week, 3 times per week, in-outdoor running program that offers exceptional running instruction & motivational tools help Metro women & men learn or improve their running skills. Packed with fun and energizing activities (drills& body weight exercises), all designed to help you reach your running goals. Whether you are a beginner runner, or an avid runner, EZ8 is perfect for you. Come train with us, complete your camp and test your improvements in the Bluenose Marathon  May 2011
