EZ8 Running Boot Camp is 4-week outdoor /indoor – 3 days - running program that offers world-class running instruction & motivational tools - packed with fun and energizing activities & drills designed to help you reach your fitness and running goals fast. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner runner, or an avid runner looking for a running group, EZ8 is perfect for you. Your stamina will increase. You'll lose weight!
Additional Information
We will be learning about proper running form, strength training, stretching, correct shoe choice, stamina building, breathing techniques, and much more. Each session is designed to build muscular endurance, strength and core, all the while having fun.

COED- EZ - 8  RUNNING 5K -10 K Clinic at the Dartmouth Sportsplex
Train to improve you’re running performance and love to run. Each session is designed to cover, hills, drills, speed and other types of running training. Small groups make it suitable for beginners or avid runners. Excellent program for building up to or advanced 5K &10K distances. We will be indoors and outside weather permitting.  NEW!! Indoor track is rubberized.
Pre- requisite- Learn to Run program, or you must be able to run one mile ...even if your one mile is extremely slow. Heart Rate monitor or watch is required..
Date- Nov. 8 – Dec 18 - 6 weeks
Costs: 6 week clinic - 3 days       or any 2 day option
           DSP - Members- $216 (HST incl.) or (2 day - $144.00 hst inc)
