 COED- EZ - 8  RUNNING  ( two: 8 week - 3X / wk running clinics )  - 2 EVES / wk Mon, Wed,
&Sat. AM. Starts Jan.26 for 8 weeks & March 23 for 8 weeks - ending with race day at
the Bluenose Marathon-May 17. 5K to 10 K - 1/2 marthon ( must be doing some running ) 
indoors & outdoors. dress for both.

JUMP ROPE CLINICS - Learn the Buddy Lee Technique - by a Buddy Lee Certified Jump Rope
                                           Instructor- Anne Campbell

Level 1- Basic  Beginner clinic- Learn about types of ropes, correct rope length, jumping
                proficiency, safe progressions and testing, includes the two basic jumping techniques,
                and basic progression program.
               Just practice 10 minutes a day, 4 times per week ,will improve cardiovascular and
                muscular fitness, burn calories and body fat. All fitness levels : For men, women
                and teens.
