JUMP ROPE CLINICS - Fall 2009 ( September)  Learn the Buddy Lee Technique - by a Buddy Lee Certified Jump Rope
                                           Instructor- Anne Campbell

All registration & payment at the Dartmouth Sportsplex - Dates TBA late August / September

Level 1- Basic  Beginner clinic- Learn about types of ropes, correct rope length, jumping
                proficiency, safe progressions and testing, includes the two basic jumping techniques,
                and basic progression program.
               Just practice 10 minutes a day, 4 times per week ,will improve cardiovascular and
                muscular fitness, burn calories and body fat. All fitness levels : For men, women
                and teens.
