2012 - EZ 8 RUNNINGPROGRAMS From the Couch to 5k in 13 Weeks - Learn to Run Clinic 2012
EZ 8 Running – walk to run program is designed to get YOU up from the couch to running, slowly achieving up to 5k or continuous running for 30 minutes in just 13 weeks. Ease your body from sitting to walking then running, in a safe, fun, and effective manner. Alternating brisk walking and slow running smalldistances or timed minutes based on monitoring your heart rate.
Training Manual Program &Topics Include: Progression program • Running injuries • Technique – Running form • Common Errors • Nutrition & Hydration• Heart rate monitors – Heart rate training & much more.... E Z -8 RUNNING 5K -10 K & 21 K - Build to Advanced Clinic 2012 Want to be a better, stronger, and most of all, a FASTER runner and increase your distance? EZ 8 the place to be. Designed to get you the best results in the amount of time alotted Includes track repeats, tempo runs, and the long run, which are designed to work together to improve endurance, lactate-threshold running pace, and leg speed. Improve over all speed & endurance, reduce your KM per hour time. Achieve personal goals. Indoors and outside weather permitting. Indoor track is rubberized. Heart Rate monitor or watch is required.. Pre- requisite- Learn to Run or 5 K Clnic or currently running 5 + k. Watch with second hand or heart rate monitor is required.
